BROWVO! conditioning eyebrow primer

When I look for a good skin care product I look to Benefit, and it is no surprise that they now got my back with a good brow product(s). My dad's genes with the bushy brows run strong and now they course through Angel too, lucky him he's a boy so the bushier the better but as a girl growing up I constantly looked for ways to make my brows skinnier.
