Curly hair is bold, natural, beautiful, and it’s our mission to celebrate your unique curls.

Growing up I never found a love for my hair. Through the years I wore many length and a variety of colors, but one thing that I really missed the most were my curls. Somewhere along the way they got severely damaged and my only options were to wear it smooth or with a tousled wave.

Now, in the hair industry we are seeing more and more guest coming back and saying that they want to embrace their natural texture and color. Low maintenance is not a bad thing, but if you find yourself wanting to revive that wave pattern in your hair LOOK no further.

Deva Curl is a brand that I was introduced to a year back during an in-salon Education day and immediately I was curious. First off, the name alone Deva Curl, pronounced Diva, had to mean something sassy and I wanted in.  At first I understood it to be a technique only. Cuts created with the curl in mind, sculpting and thinning right where the curl lied. But the more and more research that I did the more products I found. In my hunt for a good curling brand I found that my thin, color treated, wavy hair didn't seam to fit in with other brands. So one day while browsing for a deep conditioner I decided to pick up "Heaven in Hair," Mind you, thin hair would simply reject a deep conditioner because that typically means that it'll be heavy but noon, I was instantly hooked ! My next test was to try this on my little sister....it runs in our roots and here she pops out with a mop full of untamable curls that my poor mother doesn't know what to do with it. My sister's confidence of God keeps her head held high and her curls cascading down her little face but I just needed to know if they would notice a difference in her hair.I gifted her the "The kit for all curl kind." and without even saying a word my mother calls me the next day and asks what was in her hair. In a quick panic I did some fishing before I admitting to intruding in on her hair but we were all happy that I made that move.

The next best thing is to diffuse, it gets the moisture out and seals the products in. Diffusing should be done with a heat protectant and on warm. Here’s a link for the most popular and best rated dryer
