I am by noo means a cook, so humor me when I actually make something for you all to try. However, I do pride myself on the few dishes that I can make flawlesly and this BBQ burger is definitely one of them.

Ever since my partner and I moved in together we've quickly picked up on each others habits. One that I have come to appreciate is eating cleaner. He has had his run in with food/health dilemmas and he's come to the conclusion of cutting off certain foods and by becoming a pescetarian. Over time I have learn to let go of some meats and food choices and to expand into new alternatives.

I think one meal that I miss the most is a delicious, well crafted burger, It was literally a challenge to try every burger in my area and I have to say that my Burger is top 5 in the Tampa Bay area....but no worries my friend, I like to share my secrets.

Ingredients

Cooking

Using a table top grill where the patty can be pressed, place up to three patties straight from the package on a sheet of foil. Prior to placing the patties, drizzle the sheet with olive oil to avoid sticking. Press the patties and check it in 5 mins. You're going to look for a golding brown and this is when I drizzle the patty with my choice of BBQ sauce, this is your ultimate secret weapon. I found a Caribbean BBQ sauce at this Art Walk festival here in the Bay Area and it has changed the way that i marinate my food. But fear not you can find him on Amazon !

The burger layering is up to you but just to give you an idea of how I do it ;

Bun, mayo, patty, cheese, pickles, lettuce, SRIRACHA MAYO, bun .......In that order :)
