Jamaican Black Castor Oil

Like so many woman out there we're scrambling and looking for a product that is going to give us overnight instant results. Reality check, it does not work like that. HOWEVER, I have found that like with many things, the hardest part is just getting started.
Now the road to healthy hair involves a serious lifestyle change. Yes, I know. Some people seem to just "got it like that," but if you weren't born with it now a days more than ever, you can go out and buy it ! The latest thing that I have added to the list is Jamaican black castor oil. A good friend of mine had made the recommendation and I was quick to do my research. I found there were a ton of benefits, and it instantly made it something I needed to own.
I played around with it a few times and trust me when I saw a little goes along way ! These are a few ways that I used it.
Hot Oil Treatment.
1. Head oil in a bottle or bowl, in 10 sec intervals until its warm to comfort.
2. Section hair in varies of horizontals and vertical slices to spread oil.
3. Wipe off excess.
4. Tie up and away from face, and put in a processing cap (optional).
5.After 15 minutes, wash it out with shampoo and processed with conditioner.
6.Shampoo until thick, greasy feeling has come out.
